You'll own the process from contract award to handoff, coordinating plans, BIM, takeoffs, materials, purchasing, contracts, and schedules before field work begins. Requires 5+ years in multi-family HVAC construction and strong BIM proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of multi-family HVAC construction experience.
• Proven experience managing HVAC pre-construction for multi-family apartment projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical HVAC plans, specifications, contracts, and construction documents.
• Experience with HVAC takeoffs, material planning, purchasing, and project readiness.
• Strong Autodesk Revit and BIM coordination experience.
• Advanced Bluebeam and Procore experience.
• Ability to identify and resolve BIM clashes and constructability issues.

Position Overview

Our client, a rapidly growing mechanical HVAC contractor, is seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to oversee HVAC pre-construction for multi-family apartment projects.

You’ll take ownership from contract award through project handoff, ensuring plans, BIM coordination, takeoffs, materials, purchasing, contracts, and schedules are fully prepared before work reaches the field.
