Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years in preconstruction or mechanical construction.
• Deep expertise in HVAC, plumbing, piping and sheet metal.
• Experience with design-build/design-assist projects.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, pricing and scope definition for mechanical systems.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and estimating software.
• Exceptional communicator, negotiator, and relationship builder.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Preferred:** LEED accreditation, Professional Engineer (P.E.) license, knowledge of building automation and energy management systems.
