ARC is seeking experienced HVAC & Mechanical Construction Project Managers to lead commercial projects from preconstruction through completion in Georgia. You will own projects, manage budgets, coordinate trades, and drive profitability while ensuring safety and quality.

Formación

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC or mechanical construction project management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, ductwork, piping, and mechanical installations.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, vendors, and change orders.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with construction management software and standard business applications.

ARC is partnering with a confidential client seeking experienced HVAC & Mechanical Construction Project Managers to lead commercial projects from preconstruction through completion. We're looking for professionals who understand both the office and the field - leaders who can manage schedules, control costs, coordinate trades, solve problems, and keep projects profitable.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Take ownership of commercial HVAC and mechanical construction projects, working closely with field leadership, customers, suppliers, and internal operations teams.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Experience with BIM coordination, fabrication, or larger commercial mechanical projects is a plus.
