Job summary

TotalEnergies Integrated Power USA, based in Austin, TX, seeks a Pre-Construction Engineer to bridge development and execution teams on crossing agreements and related infrastructure interfaces. You will coordinate with engineering, legal, real estate, and EPC partners while managing schedules, risk, and documentation to ensure constructability and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Construction, Mechanical, Electrical engineering or related field.
• PE licensure or PMP preferred but not required.
• Minimum 5 years in development, design/construction for infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead crossing agreements development and approvals during development and preconstruction.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Real Estate, Legal, GIS and EPC partners.
• Manage documents, records, and audits for compliance.
• Provide status reporting and risk tracking to stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment of layouts with project schedules and constraints.
