AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Pre-Construction Support & Constructability Lead to guide constructability reviews, planning, and cost/schedule development across multiple pharmaceutical program projects in North America.

The role emphasizes owner-side oversight, early decision influence, and collaboration with engineering, EPC contractors, and suppliers to improve certainty in cost, schedule, safety, and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Extensive experience in pre-construction planning and constructability.
• Experience with large-capital pharmaceutical/industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction planning across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Review engineering deliverables to ensure constructibility and alignment with budgets.
• Facilitate constructability reviews with diverse stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain design-phase cost models and schedules.
• Identify modularization opportunities to improve safety and schedule certainty.
