AtkinsRéalis seeks a Field Construction Management Director to lead owner-side field oversight across a major pharmaceutical campus in North America. The role ensures safety, quality, and readiness for turnover, working with engineering, CQV, startup, and operations teams.

You will verify contractor progress, influence performance, and drive field productivity while reporting to owner leadership, and participate in ongoing improvements across the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 20+ years of professional construction management experience.
• Minimum 10 years leading field teams on industrial projects.
• Experience overseeing programs >$1B in capital value.

Responsibilities

• Serve as owner's on-site field oversight representative.
• Verify progress, quality, safety, and commissioning readiness.
• Lead NCRs, punch lists, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with engineering, CQV, startup, and operations teams.
• Prepare field observation reports and dashboards.
