Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Information Security Risk Management for Acquisitions & Divestitures. You will lead cybersecurity due diligence across mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships, translate findings into risk insights, and guide deal decisions before close.

You will collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Finance, and Technology Services to ensure Day 1 security priorities and risk-based terms are embedded in transactions and post-close plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, information risk management, technology delivery, security architecture, M&A transaction support, due diligence, integration or separation, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting cybersecurity due diligence and complex risk assessments in time-sensitive environments.
• Strong knowledge of privacy, legal, regulatory obligations in healthcare, MedTech, manufacturing or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Deal Lead for Pre-Close Cybersecurity Due Diligence across transactions and manage assessment timelines.
• Evaluate target environments across security domains to identify material risks and remediation needs.
• Lead evidence review, prepare documentation, and support deal-related risk conclusions.
• Translate technical findings into business-focused risk recommendations for Day 1 and closing conditions.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to align expectations and escalate material risks.
