Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Information Security Risk Management (ISRM) for Acquisitions & Divestitures (A&D) Cybersecurity. You will lead pre-close due diligence, assess target environments, and translate findings into practical risk insights to inform deal decisions.

You will partner with Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, Finance, and Technology Services to ensure security requirements are understood and integrated into transaction outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information security, computer science, engineering, information systems, business, or related field.
• MBA or MS degree preferred for leadership track.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-close cybersecurity due diligence for assigned transactions.
• Evaluate target environments across security architecture, IAM, cloud, network, and data protection to identify material risks.
• Review diligence evidence, finalize risk conclusions, and prepare actionable remediation requests.
• Translate technical findings into business-focused recommendations for closing conditions and Day 1 priorities.
• Coordinate with Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, Finance, and deal teams to align on risk and mitigation.
• Produce Day 1 objectives, TSA considerations, risk registers, and handoff materials for post-close integration.
• Contribute to playbooks, risk taxonomies, dashboards, and reporting templates for diligence.
• Mentor analysts and cross-functional contributors supporting deals.
