Job summary

R+L Carriers in Findlay, OH is seeking a Pre-Clerk for our service center. You will answer calls on a multi-line system, handle data entry, process driver paperwork, and support dispatchers in daily tasks.

This full-time evening shift runs Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. Ideal candidates multitask well, type 30 WPM, stay organized, and communicate clearly. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation & holidays, and more.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and have a sense of urgency.
• Type at least 30 WPM with accuracy.
• Dependable and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls on a multi-line system and redirect to appropriate contacts.
• Perform data entry and process driver paperwork.
• Assist dispatchers with daily operational tasks.
