Job summary

R+L Carriers has an immediate opening for a Pre-Clerk at our Edinburgh, IN Service Center. Responsibilities include answering calls on a multi-line system, data entry, processing driver paperwork, and assisting dispatchers.

This full-time role offers starting pay of $18.76 per hour, Monday–Friday, 2pm–10:30pm, plus vacation after 90 days and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company matching, and access to employee resorts.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and have a sense of urgency.
• Ability to type 30 WPM with accuracy.
• Dependable and well-organized.
• Must be computer literate.
• Possess strong office, telephone, and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Outlook and other Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls on a multi-line system and redirect to contacts.
• Data entry and processing of driver paperwork.
• Assist dispatchers with daily tasks.
