Job summary

TeamHealth is seeking a detail-oriented Pre-Boarding Specialist to support clinician onboarding nationwide. You will collect, enter, and maintain provider information across multiple systems while coordinating with recruiting, onboarding, and clinician services teams to keep milestones on track.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment, ensuring timely completion of onboarding tasks and data

Responsibilities

• Review, receive, and accurately enter clinician data through standardized processes
• Maintains complete and accurate records across onboarding and credentialing systems
• Coordinate collection, receipt, upload, and tracking of required clinician documentation
• Communicate timely handoffs and status updates to internal partners
• Monitor onboarding progress and escalate clinicians at risk of missing deadlines
• Collaborate with Recruiting, Onboarding Specialists, and Clinician Services to resolve onboarding issues
• Maintain data integrity across multiple platforms and databases
• Prepare reports and provide administrative support as needed
• Participate in team meetings, projects, and continuous process improvement initiatives

Join a fast-paced, collaborative team where your attention to detail directly impacts the successful onboarding of healthcare clinicians and helps ensure exceptional patient care across the country.

What You'll Do

As a Preboarding Specialist, you'll play a critical role in the clinician onboarding process by accurately collecting, entering, and maintaining provider information across multiple systems. You'll work closely with recruiting, onboarding, and clinician services teams to ensure clinicians move smoothly through key onboarding milestones while meeting established timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
