Job summary

TeamHealth is seeking a Clinical Recruiting Partner in Birmingham, AL. You will manage candidate logistics, coordinate interviews both virtual and onsite, and deliver a concierge-level experience for physicians and providers throughout the recruitment process.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to travel for on-site interviews. Teams collaborate with recruiters and operational leaders to ensure a seamless candidate journey and successful hiring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Hospitality, Communications, or related field.
• 1+ year experience in recruiting, customer service, hospitality, sales, or candidate-facing coordination.
• Experience delivering high-touch service to professional or executive-level clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Experience with ATS/HR systems; Lawson a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to support on-site interviews.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for physician and provider candidates during the interview process.
• Coordinate and facilitate virtual and onsite interviews, including scheduling, agendas, and communication.
• Host candidates during onsite visits, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
• Arrange travel logistics including flights, lodging, transportation, meals, and itineraries.
• Support sourcing, screening, and qualification efforts with senior recruiters.
• Maintain and organize candidate pipelines, records, and ATS data.
• Collect and manage CVs, credentials, and required documentation.
• Collaborate with recruiters, medical directors, and leaders to ensure interview readiness.
• Communicate candidate status updates and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Support reference checks, follow-ups, and contracting tasks as needed.
• Monitor recruitment trends and assist with events and residency programs.

What You\'ll Do

As a Clinical Recruiting Partner, you\'ll serve as a trusted point of contact for physician and provider candidates throughout the recruitment process. You\'ll help coordinate interviews, manage candidate logistics, support recruiting activities, and deliver a concierge-level experience that reflects TeamHealth\'s commitment to excellence.

• Coordinate and facilitate virtual and onsite interviews, including scheduling, agendas, and stakeholder communication
• Host physician candidates during onsite visits, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
• Arrange travel logistics, including flights, lodging, transportation, meals, and itineraries
• Support candidate sourcing, screening, and qualification efforts alongside senior clinical recruiters
• Maintain and organize candidate pipelines, records, and recruiting activity within applicant tracking systems
• Collect and manage CVs, credentials, and required documentation
• Collaborate with recruiters, field medical directors, operational leaders, and internal partners to ensure interview readiness
• Communicate candidate status updates and interview outcomes to key stakeholders
• Support reference check coordination, application follow-up, and contracting-related activities as needed
• Monitor recruiting trends and support recruitment events, conferences, and residency programs

• Experience delivering high-touch service to professional or executive-level clients
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and HR systems preferred; Lawson experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
• Willingness to travel to support on‑site interviews
