Job summary

TeamHealth is seeking a Clinical Recruiting Partner to serve as the trusted contact for physician and provider candidates throughout the recruitment process, coordinating interviews, managing logistics, and delivering a concierge-level candidate experience.

In this hybrid role, you will support sourcing and screening alongside senior recruiters, maintain candidate pipelines in ATS/HR systems, and collaborate with field leaders to ensure interview readiness while travel for onsite visits is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 1+ year of recruiting, customer service, hospitality, sales, or candidate-facing coordination experience.
• Experience delivering high-touch service to professional or executive-level clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and HR systems (Lawson is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel for onsite interviews and events.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for physician and provider candidates during the interview process.
• Coordinate and facilitate virtual and onsite interviews, including scheduling and stakeholder communication.
• Host candidates during onsite visits to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Arrange travel logistics (flights, lodging, transportation, meals).
• Support candidate sourcing, screening, and qualification efforts.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruiting activity in ATS/HR systems.
• Collect and manage CVs, credentials, and documentation.
• Collaborate with recruiters and leaders to ensure interview readiness.
• Communicate candidate status updates and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Support reference checks and contracting activities as needed.
• Monitor recruiting trends and support events and residency programs.

This highly visible role combines recruiting support, candidate hospitality, interview coordination, and talent engagement in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

What You'll Do

As a Clinical Recruiting Partner, you'll serve as a trusted point of contact for physician and provider candidates throughout the recruitment process. You'll help coordinate interviews, manage candidate logistics, support recruiting activities, and deliver a concierge-level experience that reflects TeamHealth's commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for physician and provider candidates during the interview process
• Coordinate and facilitate virtual and onsite interviews, including scheduling, agendas, and stakeholder communication
• Host physician candidates during onsite visits, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
• Arrange travel logistics, including flights, lodging, transportation, meals, and itineraries
• Support candidate sourcing, screening, and qualification efforts alongside senior clinical recruiters
• Maintain and organize candidate pipelines, records, and recruiting activity within applicant tracking systems
• Collect and manage CVs, credentials, and required documentation
• Collaborate with recruiters, field medical directors, operational leaders, and internal partners to ensure interview readiness
• Communicate candidate status updates and interview outcomes to key stakeholders
• Support reference check coordination, application follow-up, and contracting-related activities as needed
• Monitor recruiting trends and support recruitment events, conferences, and residency programs

You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• 1+ year of experience in recruiting, customer service, hospitality, sales, or a candidate-facing coordination role
• Experience delivering high-touch service to professional or executive-level clients
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and HR systems preferred; Lawson experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel to support onsite interviews, recruiting events, and candidate visits
