The warehouse of the future contains high‑density, high‑precision racking with automated pallet shuttles (like our Atlas 1D) instead of wide aisles that forklifts need to pass through.

Job Description

• Lead the team that assembles parts and products according to work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules.
• Operate and safely handle power tools, packaging tools including torque wrenches and other hand tools.
• Lead the setup and clean‑out of assembly cells by operating overhead crane, running electric stackers, and related equipment.
• Maintain consistent production output while meeting quality standards.
• Perform visual and functional inspections of assembled frames.
• Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality defects to lead.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Load and unload assembly cells using electric‑pallet mover.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry materials in accordance with OSHA lifting guidelines.
• Familiarity with power tools, including torque wrenches and basic hand tools.
• Experience working in a high‑pace, mass production or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and ability to detect anomalies.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Moves objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
