growwithstow is seeking a team leader in their assembly department. You will manage the assembly of products, ensuring adherence to specifications and safety standards. A minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience, including leadership roles, is required.

The warehouse of the future is equipped with our autonomous robots instead of forklifts and our Atlas 2D pallet shuttles or tote shuttles that allow for high-density storage (no wasted space).

Lead the team that assemblesparts and products according to work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules
Operate and safely handle power tools, packaging tools, including torque wrenches and other hand tools

Maintain consistent production output while meeting quality standards
Perform visual and functional inspections of assembledframes
Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality defects tolead
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
Load and unload assembly cells using electric-pallet mover
High school diploma or equivalent
5 years minimum experience in a manufacturing environment with prior leadership experience required
Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry materialsin accordance withOSHA lifting guidelines
Familiarity with power tools, including torque wrenches and basic hand tools
Experience working in a high-pace, mass production or manufacturing environment preferred
Ability to standand walkfor extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Strong attention to detail,commitment to quality, anddetecting anomalies
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Moves objects weighing up to 50 pounds
