stow Group operates a modern warehouse environment leveraging autonomous robots and Atlas 2D pallet totes to maximize space and efficiency. The picker role follows supervisor guidance, organizes workload by priority, and executes tasks to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.
Responsibilities include following SAP/SCM instructions, improving methods, and assisting with inventory and safety practices, with a focus on productivity and quality in a high-paced setting.
The warehouse of the future is equipped with our autonomous robots instead of forklifts and our Atlas 2D pallet shuttles or tote shuttles that allow for high-density storage (no wasted space).
As part of stow Group and over the span of more than 40 years, we’ve grown into a company with 10 manufacturing facilities, 19 commercial offices, and the know-how of around 2000 employees serving customers in 40 countries.
Early 2021, we opened our US Office and have already grown to around 50 people. It’s exciting times to be at stow!
The picker receives instructions from the supervisor or warehouse support regarding the loading schedule. Based on the orders to be prepared, they organize work according to priority, while following oral and/or written instructions (recorded in SharePoint).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry materialsin accordance withOSHA lifting guidelines
Familiarity with power tools, including torque wrenches and basic hand tools
Experience working in a high-pace, mass production or manufacturing environment preferred
Ability to standand walkfor extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Strong attention to detail,commitment toquality, anddetecting anomalies.
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Reliable attendance and punctuality
