Stow US is seeking an Assembly Operator to pre-assemble racking frames in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will follow work instructions, use power tools, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

The warehouse of the future contains high-density, high-precision racking with automated pallet shuttles (like our atlas 1D ) instead of wide aisles that forklifts need to pass through.
Our customers benefit from much better utilization of their warehouses (up to 70% more pallet storage than traditional rack!), maximized vertical space, improved accuracy in pallet selection, and minimized labor costs and product damage.
Over the span of more than 40 years, we’ve grown into a company with 10 manufacturing facilities, 19 commercial offices, and the know-how of around 2000 employees serving customers in 40 countries.

The Assembly Operatoris responsible forpre-assembling racking frames and products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality standards, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a production/assembly team.
Assemble parts and products according to work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules
Operate and safely handle power tools, including torque wrenches and other hand tools
Maintain consistent production output while meeting quality standards
Perform visual and functional inspections of assembledframes
Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality defects tolead
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
Load and unload assembly cells using electric-pallet mover
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry materialsin accordance withOSHA lifting guidelines
Familiarity with power tools, including torque wrenches and basic hand tools
Experience working in a high-pace, mass production or manufacturing environment preferred
Ability to standand walkfor extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Strong attention to detail,commitment toquality, anddetecting anomalies.
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Reliable attendance and punctuality
