Carriage Services in Virginia is seeking a Pre-Arranged Funeral Counselor to cultivate relationships with families and present pre-need options. This full-time role emphasizes independent field work, a commission-driven earnings structure, and the opportunity to own your results.

You will generate new business through leads and community outreach, maintain client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a compassionate, smooth experience throughout the pre-need and cremation

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a Funeral Director license in Virginia.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience; outside sales preferred.
• Must be licensed or willing to obtain an insurance license as required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• English fluency preferred; additional languages a plus.

Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000 per year

Job Type: Full-Time (Monday - Friday with some weekends as needed)

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Must have a Funeral Director license in the state of Virginia.

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience. Outside sales experience is strongly preferred.

Must be licensed or willing to quickly obtain an insurance license—as required by state regulations.

Valid good standing driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Ability to read, write and speak English fluently strong preferred but not required

Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
