Qualifications

• Licensed APRN in Illinois with ability to obtain Indiana license.
• BLS certification required.
• Prefer 3+ years APP experience in perioperative care.

• Conduct comprehensive preoperative assessments and histories.
• Evaluate health status prior to surgery (cardio, resp, neuro).
• Order and interpret tests (labs, EKGs, imaging).
