Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ laboratory or similar experience, with supervisory exposure.
• Experience leading projects and/or project teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Familiar with GDP, CAP, CLIA and NY regulatory knowledge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Pre-Analytical Lab and ensure documentation aligns with policies.
• Lead bench tasks 20–30% of the time (receipt, entry, preparation, sample collection).
• Train staff, provide formal feedback, and develop personal development plans.
• Coordinate staff training and monitor productivity and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with IT, Engineers, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
