Job summary

Abbott Laboratories in Redwood City, CA is hiring a Supervisor, Clinical Laboratory to direct daily operations in the Cancer Diagnostics lab. You will supervise staff, ensure CLIA/CAP/OSHA compliance, monitor quality control, and collaborate with leadership to maintain budgets and staffing levels.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in chemical/biological/clinical lab science, 4+ years of high‑complexity testing, and 2+ years in a supervisory role, with strong documentation and communication

• 4+ years of high complexity testing experience in a clinical laboratory setting.

Responsibilities
