Job summary

Abbott is seeking an Accessioning Supervisor in Marshfield, WI to lead daily accessioning operations within the Cancer Diagnostics division. You will supervise staff, manage scheduling, timecards, and performance while ensuring quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The role requires coordinating with staff across IT, engineering, quality, customer service, and laboratories to resolve issues and improve processes. Strong leadership and laboratory operations experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Doctoral or Master's in clinical laboratory science or related field with required training/experience.
• MinimumBachelor's degree in clinical laboratory science, medical technology or related field with 1 year of high‑complexity testing experience.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities; ability to manage schedules and performance.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accessioning activities including sample receipt, accessioning, data entry and document mgmt.
• Ensure department adheres to policies, procedures and quality standards.
• Monitor workload, adjust schedules and drive productivity improvements.
• Develop training plans, conduct performance reviews and manage staff development.
• Coordinate with IT, QA, and cross‑functional teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare for internal/external audits and maintain records in compliance.
