Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical lab field.
• 4+ years of high-complexity testing experience in a clinical lab.
• 2+ years in a role with increasing responsibilities.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the quality management program in the laboratory.
• Supervise laboratory staff and provide on-site leadership.
• Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, OSHA and related regs.
• Monitor test volumes to maintain turnaround times.
