You will educate patients about PRC procedures, collect required documents, and coordinate with outside providers to schedule the next steps while adhering to privacy and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of general clerical experience with data entry and customer service.
• Strong ethical standards and reliable attendance.
• Proficient typing and accurate spelling/grammar.
• Able to complete fingerprint clearance and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Initiate PRC intake by collecting information from patients and staff.
• Update patient registration data and income/third-party payer details.
• Screen eligibility according to PRC policy and five eligibility factors.
• Input data into the PRC management system and maintain records.
• Educate patients about PRC scheduling and required documents.
• Interview patients and families to determine potential eligibility for resources.
• Process referrals to outside providers and track appointment dates.
• Prepare and attach necessary documentation to referrals.
• Maintain compliance with PPE and safety protocols during duties.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
