The position supports the PRC program with accurate data entry, reporting, and liaison work with patients and external providers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two or more years’ experience in PRC duties.
• Knowledge of PRC funding, eligibility rules, and related processes.
• Bilingual English and Keres preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determines patient eligibility for care under the PRC Program.
• Identifies alternate resources and explains eligibility to patients.
• Performs medical records and clerical tasks for clinic administration.
• Inputs PRC data and prepares reports for supervision.
