Job summary

Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation is seeking a seasoned leader to manage the Purchased Referred Care (PRC) program. You will provide clinical oversight, coordinate with nurses, physicians and finance teams, and ensure compliance with PRC policies to optimize patient access and outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring RN licensure, BLS and NIMS certification, and a track record of progressive management in acute care settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Current RN license in any US state, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or US territory.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) must be current.
• NIMS certification within 6 months of hire.
• At least two years of acute care nursing experience.
• Three years of progressive management responsibilities (Charge Nurse/Lead Nurse/Nurse Manager).
• One year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects and functions of the PRC program/department.
• Provide clinical oversight and care coordination to ensure PRC eligibility and denials processes.
• Oversee PRC claim administration and work with case management and physicians.
