Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, social work, counseling, or related field.
• 48 months of experience in education, social work, or counseling.
• Experience managing/leading multiple projects and planning, developing, and facilitating learning activities.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with internal staff and external partners to share updates and outcomes.
• Collect and organize data from field services and participant feedback.
• Coordinate project tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate grant-funded learning activities and community sessions.
• Assist in instructional design and content development for learning programs.
