Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, human relations or related field.
- Four years of equivalent experience may substitute education.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in online presentation platforms.
- On-camera, TV or broadcast studio experience is required.
- Experience with engaging low-income communities is preferred.
- Able to work with diverse populations and mentor participants.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Online Workshops with multiple sites.
- Develop new resources to enhance workforce development programs.
- Support sites in improving onsite workshop experiences.
- Improve training content and strategies to boost engagement.
- Develop content for statewide sites and 21 sites statewide.
- Coordinate daily and weekly training schedules.
