Job summary

MaineHealth Primary Care - Family Medicine Falmouth is seeking a Practice Supervisor to support the daily operations of a busy family medicine clinic at the MaineHealth Falmouth Health Center. This role oversees administrative staff and coordinates day-to-day office operations to promote efficient workflows and high-quality patient care.

You will partner with clinical and operational leadership to optimize scheduling, staff engagement, and patient flow in a teaching practice that includes

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Two years in a hospital outpatient clinic setting required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support administrative staff and daily front-office operations.
• Promote efficient workflows and positive patient experience.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and employee performance management.
• Collaborate with providers, clinical teams, and leadership to support operational goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Help maintain compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and quality expectations.
• Support a team-oriented environment within a teaching practice that includes family medicine residents and interdisciplinary collaboration.
