This practice provides comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages and works closely within a collaborative environment that includes residency education, integrated specialty services, and multidisciplinary care teams. The Practice Supervisor oversees administrative staff and coordinates day-to-day office operations to promote efficient workflows, operational excellence, and exceptional patient and provider satisfaction. This role partners closely with clinical and operational leadership to support staff engagement, optimize scheduling and patient flow, and maintain a positive and productive work environment. The pay range for this position is $48,630.40to $65,790.40per year.
Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
