Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic primary care.
• Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease.
• Conduct routine physical exams and wellness visits.
• Coordinate care with specialists and hospital services.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.
