Qualifications

• Five years of experience in professional services or related field, preferably law firm experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple assignments, and work well in a cohesive team.
• Strategic coordination and execution.
• Ability to anticipate needs and plan ahead.

Responsibilities

• Work with firm leadership to develop strategic goals, objectives, and tactics.
• Develop meeting agendas and drive follow-up for partner and group meetings.
• Collaborate with peers to manage initiatives and support business strategies.
• Become an expert on the practice, clientele, and related resources.
• Develop and manage group budgets.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell services across the firm.
• Assist lawyers in staffing pitches and new matters.
• Respond to RFPs and prepare pitches and client presentations.
• Coordinate with marketing to support business development and visibility.
• Lead a marketing operations team in collateral and sales tools development.
• Identify opportunities for thought leadership with the communications team.
• Orient laterals and help develop BD plans.
