BMO Financial Group is seeking a growth-focused business development professional to expand Practice Solutions in the U.S., growing client relationships and revenue while upholding governance.

You will support pre-sales, coordinate implementations, and collaborate with Banking teams to refer clients to services, ensuring a seamless client experience.

This role emphasizes market awareness, data-driven decisions, and collaboration to deliver profitable outcomes for clients and the bank.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience with a related post-secondary degree.
• Credit qualifications and knowledge per established standards.
• Verbal & written communication skills – in-depth.

• Data driven decision making – in-depth.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-sales activities with presentations, bids/proposals, and RFIs.
• Retain and expand existing client relationships to meet portfolio objectives.
• Coordinate cash management, credit card, and product implementation setup.
• Refer clients to other bank services to meet client needs.
• Provide research and data to sales team for client solutions.
• Track implementation requests and ensure timelines.
• Maintain accurate client information in bank systems.
