Job summary

BMO Financial Group seeks a Commercial Sales & Service professional to drive growth in the Practice Solutions vertical, developing new business and expanding relationships with existing clients, while coordinating pre-sales activities and proposals.

You will ensure adherence to internal controls, provide market insights, and collaborate across Premier and Wealth functions to refer clients to additional services. Training and data-driven decisions will be ongoing priorities.

Qualifications

• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience and a related degree.
• Credit knowledge per qualification standards.
• Technical proficiency gained through education or business experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gathers data to advance the sales process and prepares required documentation.
• Supports pre-sales activities such as pitch preparation and client research.
• Coordinates with other bank areas to make referrals for additional services.
• Tracks implementation requests to keep timelines and processes on track.
• Ensures ongoing training and consistency of sales staff across the team.
• Maintains current client information and supports retention and profitability goals.
