Responsibilities

• Support pre-sales activities with presentations, bids and RFI responses.
• Retain and expand client relationships to meet revenue goals.
• Coordinate cash management and product implementation setup.
• Provide market insights and industry trends to the team.
• Prepare prospect and client files for the sales process.
• Ensure accurate client records and timely follow-ups.
