Job summary

BMO is seeking a Commercial Sales & Service professional to drive growth in the Practice Solutions industry and expand client relationships. The role includes pre-sales support, data gathering, and coordinating product implementations to meet client needs.

The successful candidate will optimize sales processes, maintain client data, and collaborate with Premier and Wealth teams to maximize referrals and profitability.

Qualifications

• Credit qualifications and associated credit knowledge and skills according to the established qualification standards.
• Strong technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities with high collaboration.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth initiatives for the Bank through business development in the Practice Solutions Industry Vertical.
• Maintain strong revenue generation through new client acquisition and expanding existing relationships.
• Support pre-sales activities including presentations, bids, and information requests.
• Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, and internal control standards.
