Advanced Surgical Associates in Concord, MA is seeking a Practice Relations Ambassador & Scheduling Coordinator to support referral development, marketing, and front-office operations at our new Concord location. This hybrid role focuses on building referrals, coordinating events, and managing scheduling with local travel.

A bachelor's degree or relevant experience is preferred, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred.
• Customer service, marketing, business development, event planning, dental or healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with social media platforms and content creation preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with general dentists, specialists, and referral partners throughout the Concord and surrounding areas.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate Lunch & Learns, CE courses, open houses, and community and referral events.
• Capture photos, videos, and content to support social media and local marketing efforts.
• Track referral trends, market activity, and outreach efforts to identify growth opportunities and provide insights to surgeons and leadership.
• Provide concierge-level customer service to patients, referring offices, and team members.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and coordinate patient care with professionalism and warmth.
• Prepare daily schedules and charts to maintain smooth patient flow throughout the office.
• Assist with patient financial responsibilities and other administrative duties as needed.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
