Job summary

Jax Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery seeks a Practice Relations Ambassador to promote services across a defined territory in a full-time Jacksonville role. You will develop referrals, plan events, and collaborate with clinical and marketing teams to grow patient volume.

The position requires a bachelor's degree or 1-3 years of related experience, strong communication, and travel within the territory. Valid driver's license is essential, with remote work not indicated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Event planning, hospitality, customer-facing service, and/or marketing experience preferred.
• Dental/Oral Surgery experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Promote the practice within the designated territory and strengthen referral relationships.
• Conduct field visits to dental offices and administrative contacts.
• Plan and support Lunch & Learns, CE courses, Open Houses, and other relationship-building events.
• Capture engaging social media content and manage content calendars across Instagram and Facebook.
• Track activities and report ROI, market activity, and referral trends to leadership.
