Job summary

Pacific Peak Dental Implants & Oral Surgery in Rancho Cucamonga seeks a full-time Practice Relations Ambassador to promote the practice, develop referrals, and coordinate local events. The role combines field outreach, planning, and social media activity to grow patient volume and strengthen brand presence.

The incumbent will travel within the territory, engage with general dentists, and collaborate with office and marketing teams to execute growth plans and measure impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Event planning, hospitality, customer-facing service, and/or marketing experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships across a defined territory.
• Conduct field visits to dental offices and administrative contacts.
• Represent the practice in-person and maintain territory presence.
• Share market feedback and ROI from outreach efforts to leadership.
• Plan and execute Lunch & Learn events, CE courses, and open houses.
• Create and manage social media content calendars and engagement.
