Breakwater Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery & Dental Implants is seeking a proactive Practice Relations Ambassador to promote services within a designated geographic area. The role blends community engagement, referral development, event planning, and social media content creation to strengthen the practice’s brand and patient growth.

You will collaborate with office, marketing, and clinical teams to drive new business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Event planning, hospitality, customer-facing service, and/or marketing experience preferred
• Dental/Oral Surgery experience helpful but not required
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships across the territory with general dentists and specialists.
• Travel within the territory; schedule visits and monitor outreach.
• Plan and support events like Lunch & Learns, CE courses, open houses.
• Create and manage social media content calendars and posts for local marketing.
• Track activities, ROI, and referral trends to inform leadership decisions.
• Maintain records of field activities and reporting requirements.
