Job summary

You will build relationships with physicians and provider groups, deliver education, training, and reporting, and drive performance improvements using data analytics and plan tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare industry experience.
• 3+ years with a health plan or provider's office.
• 1+ years of STARs experience.
• Advanced Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with providers to discuss UHG tools and programs.
• Execute provider incentive programs for health plan.
• Build positive, long-term relationships with physicians, medical groups, IPAs and ACOs.
• Develop provider-specific plans to increase HEDIS performance and improve outcomes.
• Provide education, training and coaching on program implementation and barrier resolution.
• Lead Stars-specific JOC meetings with provider groups to drive improvement and goals.
• Provide reporting to health plan leadership on progress and performance.
