Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with care providers to educate and report on performance.
• Travel across the assigned territory to meet providers and discuss programs.
• Lead provider incentive program execution for the health plan.
• Develop provider-specific plans to improve HEDIS performance.
• Coordinate Stars-related meetings and drive process improvement.
• Provide regular reporting to health plan leadership on progress.
