Job summary

AdventHealth in Littleton, CO seeks an experienced administrator to oversee multiple physician practices and ensure efficient, compliant operations. You will lead onboarding, credentialing, staffing, and budgeting while driving high-quality patient care across sites.

Responsibilities include managing revenue cycle, coding accuracy, staff performance, and collaboration with clinical leaders to maintain excellent service levels and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology and front office systems.
• Familiarity with hospital operations, policies, and patient care standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Experience with revenue cycle and physician coding basics preferred.
• CPR/Basic Life Support certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees start-up of new physician practices and credentialing activities.
• Coordinates hiring, evaluations, coaching, and terminations per policy.
• Ensures staff orientation and high engagement across practices.
• Manages operating budgets, salary plans, and capital budgets.
• Leads revenue cycle management and accurate coding for clean claims.
• Supervises staff, assigns duties, and ensures department coverage.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and policy development.
