Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development, implementation and operation of Access Services across the health system, aligning with strategic initiatives and patient experience.
• Supervise daily department operations in the absence of leadership; oversee personnel and revenue cycle processes related to patient access.
• Provide training and support to staff, develop and update policies and procedures; ensure compliance with Joint Commission and EMTALA standards.
