Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee practice operations, drive revenue growth, and enhance the patient experience. You will establish systems that support patient satisfaction, retention, and financial performance while guiding front and back office teams.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration with HR and other departments to ensure compliance and efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is required.
• Master’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years progressive leadership and practice management experience.
• Strong communication, problem solving and leadership skills.
• Experience in healthcare management and staff mentoring is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage office staff and lead problem solving, planning and delegation.
• Build and maintain a positive office culture.
• Coordinate with HR to hire and orient staff.
• Evaluate staff performance and ensure completion of required training.
• Conduct staff meetings and address staff concerns.
• Implement policies to achieve patient satisfaction, access, engagement, and financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory requirements, and revenue cycle support.
