• Manages all business and administrative personnel in the medical practice; develops and manages operating budgets with P&L responsibility.
• People planning: hire, retain, develop staff; set clear goals and ensure orientation and training.
• Revenue cycle: coordinate with finance and clinical departments on third‑party payor pricing and revenue strategies.
