Job summary

Cincinnati Children's South Campus hosts a senior leadership role within the Community Health Svcs Network. The incumbent will supervise Practice Managers and Supervisors, align with physicians to ensure high-quality care and patient experience, and drive process improvements across multiple sites.

This full-time, 40-hour schedule supports a 5+ clinic site network, with an operating budget of $5M+ and a focus on financial performance and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of work experience in a related job discipline including 2+ yrs in a physician practice, group, or health system with multiple locations.
• Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Practice Managers and Practice Supervisors and provide network leadership for CHSN practices.
• Collaborate with practice leaders and physicians to promote excellent clinical care and patient experience.
• Identify and facilitate process improvements for patient experience, flow, or staff satisfaction.
• Lead practice-level leadership meetings and ensure effective internal communications and accountability for financial performance.
• Support budgeting, revenue cycle needs, and liaison with central billing offices.
