Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of work experience in a related job discipline.
• Cert Clinical Research Coord OR Certified Clinical Research Associate (CRA)

Responsibilities

• Clinical Operations - Provide direct supervision to clinical front-office clerical or clinical support staff in patient care and related duties.
• Grant Administration - Design, participate and collaborate in departmental and interdepartmental grant and research projects.
• People Planning - Conduct ongoing evaluation and mentoring of direct reports, including effective, clear, and timely annual performance evaluation.
• Compliance - Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulatory requirements, such as JCAHO, HIPAA, and/or other accreditation standards.
• Strategic Planning - Support the development and implementation of research systems and processes to improve productivity and efficiency and to facilitate sustained growth.
