Job summary

Nationwide Children's Hospital in Ohio seeks a Northwest Pediatric Practice Manager to direct operations at one or more physician practices, ensuring high quality care and efficient workflows for patients, providers, and staff.

You will lead staff through hiring and training, manage revenue cycle and budgeting, ensure compliance, and coordinate provider onboarding, with a focus on data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years of leadership experience or managing a physician practice.
• Experience with Scheduling, Registration, Windows Microsoft Office and EMR.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and improve workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensures clinical staff operate within licensing/certifying boards.
• Promotes teamwork and professional standards in service delivery.
• Manages quality, compliance, and risk standards for day-to-day operations.
• Leads provider integration and onboarding for new physicians and APPs.
• Oversees revenue cycle, budgeting, and data-driven decision making.
• Coordinates IT, finance, and other infrastructure with hospital departments.
