Job summary

You will drive operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and quality improvements while acting as a liaison between staff, providers, and leadership, with a path toward Practice Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in practice-management and clinic operations.
• Proven leadership of front-office staff and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, OSHA, and privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and front-office workflows.
• Mentor front office and support staff; participate in recruitment and onboarding.
• Ensure data integrity and EMR compliance in athenaOne.
• Coordinate facility maintenance and vendor services.
• Support staffing and patient access initiatives with leadership.
• Collaborate with physicians and marketing to strengthen referrals.
